What we collect: nothing.

The short version. Unsayable runs entirely on your device. It does not have user accounts, does not track you, does not show ads, does not include third-party analytics, and does not transmit gameplay data anywhere. The only thing that ever leaves your phone is what you choose to send if you fill out the optional "Suggest a deck" form — and even then, only the answers you type.

Who this policy is from

This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Unsayable ("the app", "we", "our") published on the Google Play Store. The app is operated by an independent developer based in Ireland.

Data we collect

The app itself collects no personal data. Specifically:

No account creation, sign-in, email, name, or phone number.
No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or behaviour tracking.
No advertising identifiers, ad networks, or third-party SDKs that profile users.
No location data, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
No sharing of any data with any third party.

What is stored on your device

The app saves a few things locally on your phone using the operating system's standard storage. None of this leaves your device:

Your game settings (round length, sound on/off, haptics on/off).
Your in-progress game state, so you can return to a paused round.
Whether you've seen the "How to play" screen.

You can clear all of this at any time by uninstalling the app or by clearing app storage in your phone's Settings.

The "Suggest a deck" form

The app contains an optional form for suggesting new card decks. If you choose to submit it, your answers are sent through Google Forms to the developer. You may include an email address if you want a follow-up; this is optional, and entering one is your choice.

Submissions are used only to evaluate deck ideas and, if you provided one, to follow up. They are not sold, shared, or used for marketing. Google's handling of Forms submissions is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Unsayable does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The app is rated for teen / 12+ audiences because some referenced cultural content is aimed at adult viewers. Because no data is collected, COPPA and equivalent regimes are not implicated by app use.

Permissions the app requests

Unsayable requests only the permissions it needs to function:

Vibration — to deliver haptic feedback during gameplay (you can disable this in Settings).

The app does not request internet access in order to play; you can run it fully offline. Network access is only used if you submit the optional "Suggest a deck" form.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is no remote profile to access, correct, or delete. You retain full control of all locally stored game data through your device. To remove every trace of the app, uninstall it.

If you submitted the "Suggest a deck" form and want your submission removed, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any material way, the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
